School Lawyers Got You Down?: Education Rights Video
May 15, 2008
The video above was created at the PeaceSmiths Monthly Community Forum held on Friday, April 18th. (The PeaceSmiths Forum is held on the third Friday of most months, September through May. Please note there will not be a May 2008 Forum, instead there is a membership meeting on Wed. May 28th.)
Schools have lawyers, what is a parent to do? Nadia Marin-Molina of Workplace Project and Kimberly Wilder of PeaceSmiths, Inc., two citizen activists, share ideas, information, and resources which parents can use to assert their rights at school. The presenters are not lawyers! This is not legal advice.
