Sad announcement

We are sad to share with you that Jorge Renderos has passed away. Jorge was a valued member of the PeaceSmiths community. Susan Blake loved Jorge and his music, and Jorge performed for PeaceSmiths many times.

I have not spoken with Jorge’s family. Though, it was conveyed to me that they are not holding a wake or having a public event right away. Instead, there will be a music event to honor Jorge’s life sometime in November.

Below is a video of Jorge playing a song at the life celebration for Susan June Blake.

Please leave your good thoughts and memories at the commenst section below, if you would like to share them with the PeaceSmiths community. Comments do not appear automatically, though we will look them over in the next few days and post comments honoring Jorge and his life’s work.
