    I suggest moving the word in the banner image down a bit so as not to be right across Susan’s face. Better to obliterate the tops of the peoples’ heads just below her than to cut her off the way it is here. Should be easy to make this edit.

    Actually, it takes a bit of a fuss to adjust the banner in these wordpress templates.

    But, I kind of think the way it is draws attention to Susan in some way.
