More performer notes:

First up: David Brown

David is an out singer-songwriter, urban folk rocker. David Brown has a sweet voice that masks his challenging song topics in a very cool way. David is one of the best lyricists you will ever come across. Susan Blake was a great admirer of David Brown and his (unreleased) song Athena. The song is about a woman who is an activist, organizer, and King! Hope we have a good turnout for David Brown, this old friend who is traveling to perform for us!

Next up: Hank Stone, and Rough Folk

Hank Stone follows no genre boundaries. He is part of the awesome, Patchogue, music scene. Hank is a finger-picking story teller. His trio Rough Folk adds another dimension to his musical stories.

Open Mic: Bring something to share!

PeaceSmiths Open Mic is a place to share music, poetry, dance or ideas. We have had it all! Feel free to perform by setting your favorite, activist announcement to music!
